It all started when…

The guys met at a run down cafe (sadly it is not there anymore) in Dubai to discuss the vision Jamil Shinawi had since he was in college. Jamil studied Urban and Regional Planning Engineering and have always though that technology is a gateway to solving many inequality and socio-economic and urban issues.

The co-founders believed in his vision and through their will, hard-work and network assembled a small yet mighty world class team and had a few visionary investors to plant the seed of AHOY.
